A Central Coast collaborative for mental health.

We help youth, families, and vulnerable community members heal, grow, and strengthen relationships—together.

Our approach

We are a group of dedicated mental health professionals and community members who provide quality mental health care in local clinics, in public schools and through county contracts. As a mental health coalition, we partner with local community agencies to bring culturally relevant mental health support that bridges the gaps in our current health system. As a 501c3 nonprofit, we utilize grant funds, donations and service contracts to bring quality mental health support directly to the people that need it most.

Providing you with a safe space to heal

Our approach to therapy is rooted in respect, safety and support. All our therapists are trained in trauma-informed care, are culturally inclusive, and utilize evidence-based practices to make real and lasting impact for individuals and families in need.
